Welcome to Jagat Tour and Travels. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payments
- To confirm a booking, an advance payment is required as per the specific tour package details.
- Final payment must be cleared before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed timeline.
- Prices are subject to change due to government taxes, fuel surcharge, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure: 25% of the total cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior: No refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
3. Health and Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen tour package, especially high-altitude regions like Spiti and Leh.
- We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property during the trip.
4. Force Majeure
Jagat Tour and Travels shall not be held liable for any loss or delay caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, war, or natural disasters.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our head office is located.
